Cancel or change your plan
How to change your plan, and what to do if you want to stop paying.
You can move between plans from your account. If you want to stop using a paid plan, tell us and we'll help.
Change to another plan#
- Sign in and open Usage & Billing.
- Click Compare plans to see what each plan includes.
- Pick the plan you want and follow the checkout.
Your plan updates once the payment goes through. Your reports and projects stay in your account.
Stop a paid plan#
To stop a paid plan, contact us and choose Billing. Tell us the email on your account and which plan you're on.
Under Current plan in Usage & Billing, a paid plan shows the date it's active until. You keep what the plan includes until that date.
Refunds#
All paid plan sales are final, and we don't offer partial or full refunds once a plan is bought. That's why there is a free plan: try everything there before you upgrade. The full wording is in the refund policy.
Custom plans such as Enterprise, Hire a Dev and Local Setup follow the terms in your agreement.
Close your account#
If you want to leave LetMeCheck completely, you can close your account. See How we handle your data for what happens to your reports.
