User Review: I want to focus my review on human ethics. It’s rare and often overlooked in business. My experience with the product was positive. The SEO article and Key Word Research, Blog outline generator, SEO AI writing Tool for writing whole web pages automatically etc. worked proficiently as expected. What’s created an impression for me with Surfer SEO is my experience of their values. To be impressed means that my experience was so significant it created a permanent positive imprint in my mind. How many times do we hear about organisations behaving ethically? It is rare and refreshing. It makes me smile (tho tbh I actually cried at first cause I was that surprised and not expecting people in business to be human). As consumers we need to be proactive promoting kind or ethical business practices. Crediting organisations that do well in the moneyless areas that are really worth everything.

Dishonest and scammy
User Review: I could not find any correspondence with them about placing an order, so I probably wanted to trial the product but did not opt to buy. What a shock when I saw a charge of $200 from jasper. I contacted their customer service many times, and nobody could find evidence of any order from me, so I disputed the charge. The credit card company did not honor the chargeback. What a scammy and dishonest way of doing business! No opt-in, no confirmation of purchase, and no evidence of any purchase. This type of business practice should be illegal. It is very upsetting.

User Review: Biggest scammers on Earth. Don’t ever trust them with your credit card. Before they use copysmith’s engine for gpt3 generation. Now they use chatgpt, not even gpt4, to generate their bland articles. This product is doomed as soon as chatGPT hits the market. What can Frase do with generate blog articles that GPT4 can’t? They scammed me $169 for 1 month of poor quality output. Shame on you, Matt Hurley! You should be so ashamed of yourself. I hope all your investors see this.

I got asked like 5 times if I was sure, offered me a discount and still after stating no and getting a confirmation on the app, they charged me the fee. When I placed a claim they said I should have claim 5 days after. I check my bank statement at the end of the month so this is definitely a scam

Terrible after sales
User Review: Way too expensive for what it does, not value for money, and customer service is very disappointing. They use a 5 day policy as an excuse, not to refund you after they bill you quietly without your noticing fees went up. Such business methods are not ethical. Hope management can review and improve. It can only do this one time to each of us and we will never return. I never understood why would people do business this way.

User Review: Excellent product. The only downfall is that the onboarding videos are way too long. Each time a new product is launched it takes hours of watching unnecessarily long videos to get an answer. Other than that, this is SEO on steroids.

Writer zen is intuitive
User Review: Writer zen is intuitive, it provide one of the most sought after feature (for me) as seo enthusiast : comparing a list of keyword and grabbing allintitle search result from google. Previously I have to resort to do this manually, or at worst create a small program to do that, but are blocked by google due to bot detection etc. Since the feature is there, I don’t need to find a way to grab allintitle result again.

Very bad experience
User Review: This tool allows you to change your account email address only once, if you need to change it a second time (perhaps because your email account has been hacked, not for fun) you won’t be able to do it. So if you no longer have access to the email, or it was a professional email that you can no longer use, you will lose the money on the Writerzen subscription you paid for.
